Designed for Urban Teachers Residents, this session will provide an overview of IMPACT, specifically exploring the Educational Aide standards that administrators will use to assess and provide feedback on resident performance.

Participants will be able to:
  • Review IMPACT, DCPS’s system for assessing and rewarding the performance of teachers and other school-based staff.
